We typically ship out from our Denver office within 2 days of receiving your order. However, this is not guaranteed. Problems with areas such as weather, utilities, and other unusual situations may cause delays. In such cases, we will attempt to inform our customers of any delays.

Western Media Products has a scratched disc policy.
We know that DVDs scratch easily. One slip of the hand and a good DVD is ruined.
So we will replace any of our DVDs for 5 dollars and 2 dollars shipping.
Just send the disc. Keep the box. We'll send a replacement. Send payment and bad disc only to Wetsern Media Products, PO Box 591, Denver CO 80201.

In general, returns for refund are not guaranteed. Since both printed and electronic media are subject to damage, we must first receive products back and evaluate their condition before agreeing to full refunds. Please call or email first to discuss your situation. We will help you and work with you to the degree possible or reasonable.
