This video introduces and describes quality standards in child care settings as they are described in the Quality Standards for Early Childhood Care and Education, published by the Colorado State Department of Education.

For example: Chelsea and her parents are welcomed each day. Care providers talk at eye level to hear what Chelsea has to say. The programs well planned curriculum includes lots of choices for Chelsea.
